COVID-19 Message from Dr. Jordan

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce that in accordance with the California Department of Public Health and the California Dental Association we are open, and welcoming patients back to our office.

We have taken this time to invest in new and innovative technology to keep our patients and staff safe.

We have purchased THREE extra-oral air filtration units to be used in patient-care areas whenever we perform procedures in the office that generate aerosols. These Swiss made air filtration units use hyper-HEPA filtration which is verified to effectively filter 99.5% of particles down to 0.003 microns, small enough to effectively filter viruses.

Also, we have purchased SEVEN additional medical grade air purification systems to be utilized throughout the office, these units feature surgical-grade H13 true HEPA filtration to constantly filter the air within our office.

You will also see additional changes in the personal protective equipment that our staff utilizes, and some enhancements in scheduling and check-in procedures to adhere with social distancing standards and minimize wait time in the reception area.

We created a format to send general medical history and consent forms directly to your phone, to be filled out and signed on your own personal device, to eliminate extraneous touch-points with shared devices in the office.

This is all IN ADDITION to the standard universal precautions and sterilization procedures that we have always implemented.
